My name is Tim. I started fitness after finishing high school basketball and needed a way to stay healthy. What I didn't expect was that it would become the most powerful tool I've ever used — not just for my body, but for my mind and my life.

Fitness taught me how to take back control, master my emotions, and show up for myself even when I didn't feel like it. About six months ago, I decided I was done letting my impact in the world come from a college degree. I wanted to take real agency over my life — to personally help people change theirs.

I spent three years at the University of New Mexico taking over 100 credit hours with a 4.2 GPA, studying biology and psychology to deeply understand the human body. I applied everything I learned to the gym. I built frameworks that make building muscle and losing fat so efficient that all you have to do is check a box every day — and the results take care of themselves.
